In terms of next steps, you'd pick an event type that you like (coffee, drinks, breakfast, dinner etc...), duration, location, frequency (ideally every 1-3 mos) and then fill out this form: https://4ward.vc/citylead

Then we'd create/update the Eventbrite event and promote to our community, make you the co-host and then share templates & City Lead Easy Onboarding Guide for simplifying promotion to drive attendance and community engagement

We'd make you the admin of the local Whatsapp group, invite you to our Circle community & you'd create your free City Lead profile. After that, your only job would then be to make a reservation before each event, show up to events a couple mins early, welcome people and introduce yourself, share a brief bit about 4WARD and encourage folks to become members and then have everyone introduce themselves and chat/network as they like

That's basically it. It'd be up to you how you run things - although we share best practices from our other 100 leads and support you 100% along the way (plus the City Lead Guide with all the tips, promo material and more you'd need :)
